Gaz has over 30 years experience in Bollywood and Bhangra dancing. Initially training at school and later in private classes. She is a member of the National Dance Teachers Association (NDTA), fully insured and is comfortable teaching all ages. Her mission is to share her Eastern culture with a wider audience, through the medium of music and dance. Accordingly, she is delighted to teach these exciting dance moves to both experienced dancers and beginners.
Our current programme of teaching is based primarily in North Wales and the North West of England.
Our dance class range includes (BB=Bollywood Burnout):
BB 1: Beginners (understanding basic steps and the culture).
BB 2: Choreographed Routines (burn approximately 500 calories per class).
BB 3: Bollywood/Bhangra Burnout (about 6,500 steps per session).
We link Eastern dance moves to a fantastic range of sounds, from traditional Indian soundtracks to the latest Bollywood trend and Western sounds from Golden Oldies to modern Charts, Street and Urban Re-mixes.
So if you are looking to try something different whilst having fun and keeping fit, then come along and try the Bollywood experience!!
